If you want a pie to impress with out a lot of work this is the pie for you. This recipe makes 2 pies (12 servings total) in about 10 minutes. I added a little blue food coloring to mine due to Easter coming, the coloring does not show well in the photo. If you make this I would love to hear your thoughts on it!
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pre- made Oreo crusts
1 pack of Oreo’s crushed (just use regular Oreo’s, not double stuffed)
First put Oreo’s in a large plastic bag and crush them. Next in a medium/large size mixing bowl add heavy whipping cream, sugar, vanilla, and food coloring (optional). Using a hand mixer, mix until whipping cream becomes stiff, this usually takes about 7-8 minutes using a hand mixer. Next fold in crushed Oreo’s reserving some for the top. Normally I do not measure how much Crushed Oreo I save for the top, however, in this photo I reserved 1 cup for the recipes sake, which turned out to be a little more than what I normally reserve. Next split the mixture in half. Place half of the mixture into each pie shell. Sprinkle the top of the pies with the crushed Oreo’s, place the lids on the pies and put them in the fridge for at least 2 hours, although over night would be best.
